Citation: | This article discusses the initial teachers training from the analysis of the Educational Project of the Undergraduate Course in Pedagogy (PPC) of the State University of Roraima-UERR, using the Analysis of Content of Bardin as methodology and statements of the teachers as a base for the analyzed aspects. In the Analysis of Content we listed thirteen subcategories and three categories to understand the process of construction of the project that they give indicative of the teachers training. We bring the history of the Pedagogy Course to understand the context of the educator training. In the methodological procedures we contemplated the category of Science, Technology and Society (STS) in PPC of UERR. The results indicate a general training; the teachers demonstrate concern with the process of initial training, the Sciences teaching, but a lack of attention to STS in the Course. metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este artigo discute a formação inicial de professores a partir da análise do projeto pedagógico do Curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia da Universidade Estadual de Roraima-UERR, com a utilização da metodologia de Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin, e depoimentos dos docentes para fundamentar os aspectos analisados. Na Análise de Conteúdo elencamos treze subcategorias e três categorias para compreender o processo de construção do projeto que dão indicativos da formação do pedagogo. Trazemos a história do Curso de Pedagogia para compreender o contexto da formação do pedagogo. Nos procedimentos metodológicos contemplamos a categoria Ciência, Tecnologia e Sociedade (CTS) PPC da UERR. Os resultados indicam uma formação generalista, os docentes demonstram preocupação com o processo de formação inicial, o ensino de Ciências e a abordagem CTS são tratados de forma incipiente no Curso.
